I never thought I would spend my career doing Brazilians for a living but I'm so glad I discovered how empowering waxing can be. I have had the greatest year helping women feel even more beautiful and sexy. Thank you to all the women who entrust their precious lady parts with me!

I told a woman I was going to put an amber alert on her v-j-jay because it had been so long since I'd seen her. The Brazilian humor never ends!

As I'm reflecting on my crazy week before the holiday, I can't stop laughing about a client who wiped so hard, there were holes in the skin. I needed to be extra careful doing this Brazilian.

Reflections from last week: A girl told me her heart was beating at 120 while I was waxing her. Is that a good or a bad thing? I'm thinking she got a free cardio workout during her Brazilian Bikini Wax with M.E. What do you think?

When Santa doesn't get his Christmas wax, the public is mortified. Only a few more days until Christmas...

Last week, a lady told me the only time she got sweaty palms is when she comes for a Brazilian. Fortunately, that was the only place she got sweaty!

A woman walks into Mark and M.E.  and says she needs water. We go into the kitchen and I pour her a glass. She opens up her bag and takes out a large bottle of Xanax. As I am giving her a Brazilian, her body visibly relaxes and I'm able to complete the service in ten minutes. When I finish, she told me that her Prozac/Xanax cocktail made the wax quite enjoyable. Think I need a stash for the ladies who fight me!

A woman hadn't been in since her birthday, which was during the summer. Her hair was so long, I couldn't see the skin beneath the hair. She commented that I could put twisties in her pubic hair because it was so long. She wasn't kidding.

"Thank you for calling Mark & M.E. This is M.E. How can I help you?" is the usual way I answer the phone at work. Yesterday, after I said all of that, the client asked "You the WIFE?" Yes, I guess I am.

My first client told all of her coworkers at the U of R that she loved coming to get Brazilians by M.E. because I was a ninja. I think that was a compliment...

An older gentleman wanted to know if men were more likely to be crybabies during their
Brazilian Wax than women. I told him it depended on the man. I should have heeded the warning - he was one of them!

It's incredible how much joy I bring people with a one cent craft stick. Spreading the love - one Brazilian at a time!

A little boy came to the 2nd floor of Mark and M.E. (where all the waxing takes place) to say hello to our dog Bandit. I had a client waiting for me in the waiting area where our dog was sleeping. It a beautiful room with paintings of women and a hanging statue of a woman's body. The little boy sat in one of the chairs, looked around the area and proceeded to ask my client why everything in the room was naked?

A 70 year old man came to me for a Brazilian Wax. Apparently, his wife of 46 years was sick of his hair. About half-way through the service, he informed me that he was nervous he'd never be able to perform again. I promised him the discomfort was temporary.

After I removed a large strip off of a very hairy client, we both stared at the design the hair made on the strip. She said it looked like a Pub-Casso. It really did.

The expression on my employee's face when she saw this creature under a cute pair of panties. Apparently, this client, who hadn't been waxed in a long time, was a Star Wars fan.

I could have used Harry Potter's wand when I had waxed a girl who's boyfriend said her bikini hair looked like a beard.

Thankful to all of the clients who have graced me with their hairy bikini lines over the past 2 decades. 

Actually, Mark and M.E. clients are loved for more parts than that! Happy Turkey Day everyone!

I saw a Groupon for an $18 Brazilian. I find that price a bit disconcerting. Do you think they use duct tape to save some money on the service?

No one likes to eat the feathers on a turkey which is why Mark and M.E. and Wax It All will be working all day tomorrow to fulfill all of your waxing needs.

If we ask you if you need to freshen up, it really isn't just a suggestion. Clean skin waxes so much more thoroughly and, more importantly, makes your Brazilian Wax Technician a really happy camper.

The 4 year old son of one of our employees wanted to know if his mom ever saw a snake come out of anyone's butthole while she waxed them. Although we have seen some interesting things in that area, a snake isn't one of them!

A man waited 4 months between Brazilians. He didn't realize that his long, dense hair was going to be more painful to remove. After the 2nd rip, he took his shirt off. After the 3rd, he started biting his hand. I reminded him that real men wax it all. He told me that he must be a real f'ing man!

Nobody likes a smelly kitty.

I had another client that moved here from New York who always went to Asian salons to get her Brazilians. She said they did a decent job but they were adamant that you DID NOT MOVE and would yell at you if you did!

I recently got a fun new client who moved here from Brooklyn. She said the Russian women she got Brazilians from in New York always slapped the area really hard after they removed the strip. Like the Brazilian doesn't hurt enough?
