We got together today to discuss our safe reopening of Mark & M.E. and Wax It All. It was so great to spend time with our amazing staff!

We have three outstanding employees that sadly cannot return to work with us yet. Lots of prayers that phase 3 comes quickly because they are oh so ready!

It is important to stay groomed.

Now that is true love.

A friend of mine commented on how busy we will be when we open. She reminded me to take my vitamins. I asked her if red wine has vitamins in it? She told me that red wine has ALL the vitamins. Phew! I should be good.

Anybody else miss getting waxed between the cheeks?

A girl sent me a message that said, "when the gym reopens, I don't want to be a hairy squatter." I wouldn't want that either.

I had a woman message me and it said, "1974 called me and they want their hair back!"

A woman messaged me and said her man was lost in her jungle.

Dear Lord let this quarantine end!

Going to a beauty salon sure feels essential sometimes.

I know that people are going to be sporting some interesting hair on their head and elsewhere when this quarantine is over, but you seriously need to look at the dude on the bike!

What the wax technicians at Mark & M.E. and Wax It All will look like after the first week of mowing all those overgrown lawns.

Someone told me that by the time the salon can reopen and I'm allowed to do Brazilians again, I'm going to need a lawnmower. This is what I envision.

Since we always wear gloves when we wax, why not have a sense of humor about them?

I never gave beavers much thought until I got into the business. I think they're pretty darn cute.

Most women wax for themselves and not for their significant others. We hope to get you all bikini ready soon!

Although we don't have an exact date when we can reopen, I've begun the countdown to when I can rid our fair city of all the hair it has been harboring in its nether regions.

I think it would fun to have a contest to see who grew the longest hair during the shutdown. (although I'm not referring to the hair on your head!🤣)

I've been blonde. I do Brazilians for a living. I thought a dumb blonde Brazilian joke was a fun way to start the week. FYI, it's Monday my friends.

Child birth is what makes it possible for us moms to celebrate Mother's Day. And then I got thinking about the Mark & M.E. and Wax It All staff's contribution to the birthing process.  When we give an expecting mom a Brazilian, it makes the whole experience a little less messy.

That takes my expression "get ripped" to a whole new level!

Anyone else feel like you're going to emerge from this quarantine a bit heavier, hairier and with no clothes that fit you??

I do, I do!!!!!  

 I woke up this morning thinking about the irony that many people are having more sexy time since they're stuck at home and would REALLY enjoy getting waxed right now. Sorry we can't be there for you. Hopefully soon!

I've never gone this long without waxing in my entire life. You can keep the pizza, just bring me that belly!

I bet there are a lot of people that look like this these days without the hoodie.

A lot of people have told me they've gained weight during this quarantine because they simply cannot get motivated to do much, including exercise. I woke up this morning thinking about how much extra surface area we will be waxing once we get back to work. It may be significant.
