The vagina related Halloween costumes continue...except that it took me a minute to figure this one out.

So I guess this is the kind of pumpkin a Brazilian Wax Tech should have since dozens of people have shared this with me!

I have a client that doesn't want me to wear gloves when I wax him. I told him before 4 consecutive appointments that, not only is it a law, wearing gloves protects both the client and the technician. Face it, there can be gunky substances or blood as well as STD's lurking between the client's legs and I'm not risking my health so he can get his rocks off.

I heard that rubbing hairy parts together can cause a brush fire - or should I say bush fire.  Feel sexy this winter by committing to a regular wax routine. See ya soon!

This is a great time of the year to start waxing your legs - at least if you live in upstate New York. It's not like you'll be wearing shorts or a bathing suits any time soon.

We prefer soft wax because we can efficiently wax around your rectum in less than one minute. With hard wax, not only do we have to wait for the wax to harden, we have to pick at the edge of the wax to pull it off. And to be honest, we don't like picking at your butt hole.

Hazards of being a Brazilian Wax Technician: This week I was diagnosed with golfers elbow. It seems comical that even though I don't play golf,  I got this condition playing on the green...

Most people know that waxing over skin that has been treated with Retin-A is an absolute NO-NO! When I waxed the front of her pubis, it began to bleed because the skin was so fragile. She saw the blood, informed me that she faints when she sees blood and proceeded to black out. It was one of the most frightening experiences I've ever had in the wax room.

When I give someone a Brazilian Wax, I have them move their legs in 5 different positions. The 3rd position is when the left leg is raised next to my face. I had to ask a woman to put her shoes back on before I continued because her feet were so stinky, it was making me dizzy.

I agree that removing your pubic or underarm hair should be a choice and not an expectation. I also believe that if you're going to get rid of that hair, waxing is the healthier alternative.
