I'm a happy girl who writes happy books, but when we have two no-shows and two last minute cancellations in the last hour of the day, I'm having a hard time turning my frown upside-down. Not only did these appointments waste our time, they inconvenienced all the appointments that we told we couldn't accommodate between 5-6 today. I accept that last minute cancellations are unavoidable, but no-shows are inexcusable. We had a total of 5 no-shows in the past two days. This kind of behavior makes it difficult to run a business. OK, I'm done bitching. I'll be funny again next time.
