A woman came into the salon who had only been waxed by me once before. It had been close to a year ago since we first met. I could feel her anxiety about getting a Brazilian so I tried to engage her in a lively conversation. Suddenly, she said, "I remember how you tried to butter me up last time." I never thought about it that way. I just try to make each client feel as comfortable as possible with my constant chatter. Needless to say, I thought the placement of the butter in this pic was extremely apropos.
