I was in the middle of giving a woman a Brazilian who hadn't had a wax for several months. Bob Dylan was playing the background. As I went to remove a large strip with an abundance of hair on it, I heard Dylan sing "how does it feel?"  It was the perfect moment for that phrase to come on and I couldn't help myself from singing along. Although it probably didn't feel great, my client laughed a lot. We love to make waxing fun at Mark and M.E.!
