I wrote a book called The Happy Hoo-Ha. I do Brazilians for a living. I'm obviously a fan, but this is a little much - even for me!

 So this happened....a young woman was so excited about getting the area between her cheeks waxed on Saturday that she hopped off the table (sans panties), walked over to our standing mirror, turned around and bent over to check it out!

 When you get a Brazilian, you feel like a bad ass soldier, which is why I think everyone needs to join our boot camp. We have an awful lot of fun!

 A man who joined his woman for her Brazilian Wax appointment told me that he needed a hazmat mask when going in. I thought this mask would have been perfect.

 Maybe my brain is just distorted by the fact that I do Brazilian Waxing for a living but this cotton candy does not look appropriate for children. 

 A man came into the room to watch his girlfriend get a Brazilian Wax. As he was watching me wax her, he told me that she had gotten so hairy that he needed a navigational device to find her parts.

 A woman came in for a Brazilian Bikini Wax today and told me that she got her dog groomed yesterday. Apparently, it costs the same price to get her dog done. 

 Brocco-gina? First thing that came to mind was that it's healthy & nutritious.   Thoughts??

 This is a crazy time in our lives and sadly, we have clients that can no longer afford to come to the salon. Therefore, we wanted you to know we have 2 full time wax technicians at each location, there is a reason we are the Home of The 10 Minute Brazilian and, most of all,  we LOVE HOO-HA"S!!!!!!  

 If you want your kitty properly groomed, then you need to properly wear your mask.

 And you think grabbing my arm as I remove the strip is going to help how???

 You thought putting your hand down after I applied the wax would help how????

 A bit of professional advice to my other wax techs out there. When a woman hasn't been waxed in 5 months and has been trimming (which makes it more coarse and dense), she may swear at you. A client who I've been waxing for 16 years told me to f' off repeatedly during the service. When it was over, she professed her love and loyalty to me. Moral of the story: Don't be offended by what comes out of a woman's (or man's) mouth during a Brazilian. They can't help it.

 We have had a lot of new clients coming in since COVID to try out our 10 Minute Brazilian. After I finished a newbie, I walked through the kitchen at Mark & M.E. and one of my staff members asked me how it went. I told her that aside from getting kicked in the head, it went great!

 Since we like to eliminate bushes, I'm not sure this is the best planter for a wax salon!

Covid cootches continue to come into the salon. Yesterday, a woman who I haven't seen since February, had quite a bit of hair to remove. When I removed the first large strip, she yelped and said it hurt. When I showed her all of the hair on the strip, she yelled, "M.E. it looks like a raccoon on that strip!" Yep, it sure did. 

 

ABeaver in a can? I bet that will capture the imagination of all ages. 

 

Our men do get a bit crazed when they know we've gotten a Brazilian Bikini Wax. 

Now that I have your attention.....Yes, Mark & M.E. and Wax It All are open!!!! The only service we cannot legally do is facials. Wear a mask, give a call and let's do it!

I still keep coming across quarantine memes that crack me up. But this also made me realize that you are going to want to keep up with your waxes and come in every month in case we have to close again!

For the first time EVER - my literary obsession with The Happy Hoo-Ha was purchased through 3 venues - Audible, Barnes & Noble and Amazon! And even though my royalties are small, it's okay.  Hopefully I made some new people laugh with my crazy stories!!!
