A bit of professional advice to my other wax techs out there. When a woman hasn't been waxed in 5 months and has been trimming (which makes it more coarse and dense), she may swear at you. A client who I've been waxing for 16 years told me to f' off repeatedly during the service. When it was over, she professed her love and loyalty to me. Moral of the story: Don't be offended by what comes out of a woman's (or man's) mouth during a Brazilian. They can't help it.
