 Amidst all the chaos in our lives this year, we feel very blessed this holiday season. We have a wonderful family, a great staff and the best clients. Sending our love and gratitude to all of you on the blessed day!

 The countdown to Xmas is just about history. You have a half a day tomorrow to get your kitty groomed for the holiday. Both salons are open 9-1 and there are a few spots left to get all your parts in order. Remember, you can't have a happy holiday with a hairy hoo-ha!!!!!

 Pretty psyched that my countdown to Christmas has brought so many people in! Yes, there are 3 THREE business days left before Santa comes. One of my countdown clients told me that her man made a little comment "long time, no wax huh?" Yep, that brought her in. I was just annoyed she didn't bring him in so I could teach him a lesson or two about what it's like to get a wax - especially on a man!

 When we aren't laughing about Brazilians, we're suckers for animal humor.

Holiday hours: Working all day Tuesday through Thursday, closing early Friday and reopening next Tuesday. Mark and Mary Elizabeth will not be working Friday or anytime before the New Year. No worries though, our staff rocks!

 Although some people get very heated during their Brazilian Wax, most of our clients have been good about keeping their masks on regardless of how warm they may get. Except this one lady. She kept mumbling the word 'shit'  under her mask as I was waxing her. At one point, she ripped off her mask and threw it at me like she wanted to hit me. Although she was trying to be dramatic, the flimsy cloth dropped to the floor like a feather falling off a bird. 

A client walks in the wax room for a Brazilian Wax. She comes in randomly and hadn't been waxed since July. 

M.E. "Hey girl, it has been awhile. Why made you decide to get a Brazilian again?"

Client: "I'm having sex tomorrow."

You gotta love the honesty. 

Just a friendly reminder that there are only 6 business days before Christmas and day 6 is almost over!

 You don't want to be prickly like a crocodile for the holidays, do you? I didn't think so. There are 7 business days left to get all your beauty needs taken care of and if you wait until next week to make an appointment, you may be SOL. (am I allowed to say that?)

I had a girl tell me she preferred her bikini area to look like a glazed donut, not like a glazed donut with sprinkles. We agree that the glazed donut look is more popular, which is why we are encouraging everyone to come in this week and get a wax. Only 8 business days until Santa comes!

Can't afford a Brazilian Wax but really need to feel like you have superpowers this holiday season? Come see our newest hire. Brittany is a licensed wax technician that has been with our team for a couple months but it still considered one of our junior wax technicians. If you'd like to get waxed by her, she will be at Wax It All tomorrow and Brazilians with her are only $50 for the rest of the week!

 One of the funniest moments from last week: 3 friends came together for Brazilian Waxes. The girl that went first spent hours doing her hair. It was pretty impressive. There were extensions, a long braid and a cute bun at the end of the braid that rested on her booty like a bunny tail. She wanted to go first but she said she couldn't rest her head on the table. She asked her friend to help hold her head up while I waxed her. A few times, she yelled at her friend for messing up her hair. 10 minutes may not be a long time to get a wax, but it was a very long time for her friend to hold her head up without messing anything up. 

This is kind of perfect since I wax for a living but I actually love when people have ugly sweater parties at Christmas time. Please share pics of your favorite ugly sweater with me!

 Santa is going to be here before you know it. In fact, he is coming in less than 3 weeks!!!  Are feeling your best right now? If not, please give us a call.  There is a lot of religion in our wax rooms. Our clients frequently call on Jesus to help them get through the service. My biggest laugh yesterday was the new client who took some anxiety meds before her Brazilian, because she was so nervous. The service went smoothly and we chatted the entire time. When she got off the table, she loudly exclaimed, "Lord Jesus, that wasn't so bad!"

OK folks, I was trying to be clever with my Thursday post, but it was a bust. Let's try again....  Mark & I work until Thursday December 23rd and then return to work Friday January 7th. Sorry for the confusion. I think pubic hair has clouded my brain. 

 Only 2 more Thursdays and Mark & I will be off until January 7th. If you want a hairy holiday, see ya in 2022. Otherwise, give us a call!!!
