It saddens me that people feel the need to post hateful, unjustified reviews online that are meant to not only hurt businesses but the people who work for the business in question. As a business owner, it is impossible not to be affected by negative reviews. All I can say in our defense is that I am proud of our salon, our staff and the service we provide. Mark and I love Mark & M.E. and don't have any regrets. We love each and every client that patrons our salon and appreciate everyone's loyalty and support.
